EZY Lion offers a considered and reliable shipping experience across the United States.

All orders are packed discreetly and dispatched in a timely manner.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after being placed.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or around federal holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted carriers to ensure consistent delivery:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS) — for most small to medium packages
  • FedEx — for larger or high-value shipments

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been handed to the carrier and are business-day estimates (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not currently offer overnight or expedited next-day shipping. All shipping fees are nonrefundable, regardless of delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipment has been processed.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local regulations governing kratom, we do not ship kratom products to the following states:

  • Kansas
  • Louisiana
  • Massachusetts
  • Tennessee

This list reflects our current shipping restrictions and may be updated as state and local laws change. Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state will not be fulfilled; if this occurs, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Certain products may carry additional jurisdiction-specific restrictions beyond those listed above. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your state and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of kratom and related products before placing an order. EZY Lion and its affiliates assume no responsibility for orders placed in violation of local law.

Age Requirement

All kratom and botanical products sold on this site are intended for purchase and use by individuals 21 years of age or older only. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, EZY Lion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Our shipping coverage applies only to packages lost or damaged in transit — it does not cover packages stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

For added security, we recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout where available, especially if you will not be available to receive the package in person.
