we are unable to accept returned items once they have been shipped.

Exceptions

While all sales are final, we will address the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

Upon review, we may offer:

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Eligible Situations

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Shipping-Related Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier:

  • EZY Lion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Shipping delays are outside our control

We recommend selecting signature confirmation for added security.
